Everything The Raging Skillet does is written to order. 
All our menus and all our budgets are tailored to each and every client. 
To help start the process here are some standard ranges in what costs can be for an event.

FOOD

Dinner Fare - ranges from $80 to $140 per person.

Cocktail Fare - ranges from $70 to $120 per person.

NYC sales tax is 8.875%. A standard gratuity is 20%.

STAFF (based on 150 guests)

Sit-down staff – ranges from $70 to $100 per person.

Buffet staff ranges from $60 to $90 per person.

Bar- The Raging Skillet is pleased to offer all of your bar needs, should you desire.

Wedding cake -You may provide you own. There is no cake-cutting fee.

Rentals -The rentals of china, linen, glasses, silverware, tables, chairs, coffee urns and the

many other items needed for a catered event has a wide range of costs.

Dinner rentals range from $60 to $110 per person.

Cocktail party rentals range from $40 to $90 per person.

We happily allow our clients to pay the rental vendor directly! No Middleman!

Total range for Food, staff, and rentals

Buffet ranges from $200 to $260 per person.

Sit down dinner ranges from $220 to $300 per person.

Cocktail parties range from $150 to $250 per person.
